Multi-Room Home Remodel in Woodbury

Basement Main Area

Above all else, the homeowners wanted to turn their existing basement into a recreational oasis where they could relax, recharge, and enjoy their leisure time. We added a modern wet bar to the main area, complete with a full fridge and dishwasher. Perfect for both entertaining guests and enjoying quiet time, we made sure that this part of the room felt as luxurious and seamless as possible. 

We also painted the cabinets “Dover” white (from Sherwin Williams) as well as included “Mystic Gray” quartz countertops and a “Thunderstorm” tiled splash from Penny Round. Of course, no basement would be complete without a couple of add-on rooms, so we included a spectacular sauna with a tiled floor, a workout room (with “Smash Hit” carpet that we also used in the bedroom), and a linear electric fireplace to complete the space.

Family Room

Similarly to the main area of the basement, the homeowners wanted improvements that would make this space feel more open and inviting. We installed two TVs (for maximum entertainment, of course), as well as a custom, built-in cabinet and beautiful Mannington “Adura” Max Floating LVP flooring (which we also used in the bar area and hallway). With these additions, the family room transformed into a relaxing “getaway” spot. 

Bathroom Remodel

Our overall goal was to turn the basement’s bathroom into something entirely luxurious while still maintaining its cozy charm. Our team installed a gorgeous soaking tub with a heater and a wall-mounted TV in the perfect viewing spot. We also incorporated “Neo Charcoal” tile into the shower walls and painted the vanity. Now, both the homeowners and their guests will be able to enjoy endless comfort.
