After 25+ years and 586+ completed remodeling projects serving Lakeville, Apple Valley, Prior Lake, Rosemount, Farmington, and Shakopee, we've learned something critical: The design phase determines whether your remodeling investment becomes your dream space or a source of regret.
And yet, the traditional remodeling industry makes informed design decisions nearly impossible. You're asked to commit $75,000, $120,000, or more based on small cabinet samples, tiny tile chips, and two-dimensional drawings that require a trained eye to interpret. Tier 3 Display ($105k-$120k): A large kitchen installation featuring premium overlay cabinetry with dovetail drawer boxes, floating shelves, pantry organization systems, Tier 5 granite countertops, upgraded pendant lighting over a large island with raised snack bar, and LED toe kick lighting. You'll experience the difference between entry-level and luxury finishes—not through descriptions, but by physically interacting with both.
These aren't mock-ups or partial displays. They're complete, functioning kitchens with working faucets, installed appliances, and proper lighting. You'll understand exactly how counter depth affects workflow, whether your family will realistically use a raised snack bar, and whether you prefer flat panel or raised panel door styles.
The single biggest challenge in basement finishing? Homeowners cannot visualize what 1,200 square feet of finished basement actually feels like.
